Sakura Engagement ring ~Japanese engagement ring~

March 1, 2024 11:00 AM

Hello, This is the Japanese team!

In Japan, some of the early-flowering species of sakura are in bloom!

We found "Tamanawa Sakura/玉縄桜" in Kamakura and took a picture! Sakura is special to us and lets us know that it is spring!

Sakura.png

Speaking of Sakura, we have a diamond which has a sakura cutting, "Sakura Diamond"!

It is a special diamond with "cherry blossoms" floating on it with the world's best cutting technology.
Sakura diamond is cut by skillful diamond cutters,1.5 more facets compared to round brilliant cut diamonds.
And this makes the Sakura diamond brilliant finer!

The lovely Sakura diamonds and the Mokume-gane ring made with traditional techniques create a wonderful harmony.

The ring with a Sakura diamond, you give your pertner the flower bloom forever.
That is such a romantic, isn't that? :)

Also, our rings has a motif of Sakura.

Today, I would like to share about "Tsunagaru-katachi".

As for the wedding bands, we have a special way, "Tsunagaru-Katachi" to craft rings!
We make a wider band first, and it will be shared into two rings.
Tsunagaru-katachi (4 pictures).jpg

Here is the place two of the rings were connected when they were one.
We call it a "trace mark" that is the proof that your rings were together and represents the bond of you two:)!

Also, you can set the gems on the trace mark!

Japanese engagement ring

April 7, 2023 11:00 AM

Hi, This is Shiho.

How are you doing?

It is getting warmer and warmer, spring is almost here in Japan!

Have you ever heard "Ohanami"?

It is one of the Japanese cultural, the way to enjoy the Sakura as you eat, drink, and talk with your friends and family under the Sakura tree.

I would say it is like a picnic:)

You should do "Ohanami" if you have opportunity to come visit to Japan in the Sakura season!

This time, I would like to introduce the Sakura diamond!

As for the centere diamond of the engagementring, we have a Sakura diamond and a Round Brilliant cut diamond.

Sakura diamond.png

Sakura diamond

Sakura diamond (2).png

State of the art cutting technology allows for this special diamond to house a beautiful Sakura Flower in its center.
Geometric, technological and artistic skill combine to create this wondrous stone!

The delicate shapes needed to bring about this beautiful flower require more than 1.5 times the cuts of a traditional round brilliant.

This makes the stones sparkle even more brilliantly.

There are just a few diamond cutters who can create this special diamond.

That would be so romantic if you propose to your partner with this diamond which blooms Sakura forever:)
