As my fiancé and I do not live in Japan and are not Japanese, some anxieties that we had were communication, sizing and shipping. These worries were quickly addressed the moment we asked for a quotation. Shay was assigned to us for the designing of the rings. His explanations were clear and even recommended certain designs after listening to our preferences. The designing process turned out to be really fun and exciting. Mutsumi was our point of contact the entire time. She ensured that we had no issues with the sizing and was quick to address every single concern that we had about the rings. We like how our rings are unique to us and that they come from the same metal such that the design flows when our rings are aligned with one another.
