We were first hesitant to order MOKUMEGANEYA's rings because the pandemic prevented us from seeing the rings and other jewelry in person.
Q2. What was the main reason for ordering your rings from MOKUMEGANEYA?
We wanted a ring that was both unique and personal, and this is the ideal combination. Furthermore, the Mokumeganya staff was approachable. We had a video call with them, and Don from US team was able to demonstrate to us their selections, which we all loved. Because my fiance and I were in a long-distance relationship, we responded to emails with varied time zones. Mutsumi from Japan team also took the time to respond to our questions. They are remarkably accommodating and patient with us.
