Only a little bit as with all expensive purchases online, it is hard to be sure you have made the right choice, and even more so for something as important as an engagement ring. However, the customer service I was shown was FUNTASTIC, and alleviated my concerns quickly.

Not really. We had decided on MOKUMEGANEYA a few years ago for this specific ring.

Despite the interruptions from the global corona pandemic, things fortunately went according to plan.

Something subtle in cultural significance. The mokume-gane pattern is beautiful
and was the main reason we decided to order from MOKUMEGANEYA.

Yes, I did. But this is in no way because of Mokumeganeya. I tend to worry alot :)

Shay and staff made it alot better for me with constant open communication,

and they always responded to my requests and eased my concerns :) 

 

Q2. What was the main reason for ordering your rings from MOKUMEGANEYA?

We liked that the rings from Mokumeganeya are both simple yet elaborate and elegant. Having the red thread of fate,
and having bands made from the same piece of metal on your fingers is also quite poetic! 
Seeing the ring in person was as good as it looks on the screen. I love knowing I have a little Sakura on my finger :)

No, we found the design on Instagram and have always found the Samurai traditions interesting.
