Ql. Did you have any anxiety about MOKUMEGANEYA's rings before you chose our rings?
Doing research online is how I came across Mokumeganeya. I could tell from their website that the rings they made were amazing, but I was nervous to reach out and try and start the process to buy a ring as this was my first time doing this. But I immediately felt at ease during my Zoom meeting with Mutsumi Kitayama. She was extremely kind and helpful to me and together we went step by step to pick out the perfect engagement ring. I would highly recommend anyone looking for rings to reach out to Mokumeganeya. I could not be any happier with both their service and their product.
 
Q2. What was the main reason for ordering your rings from MOKUMEGANEYA?
I wanted something both beautiful and unique for our engagement and wedding rings. I currently live in Okinawa Japan and my fiance and I both love the Japanese culture. Mokumeganeya was the perfect fit for us and are both so excited to have our unique rings that we can show off to everyone. Having something that was crafted just for us makes it a very special experience. Thank you so much Mokumeganeya!

My husband and I would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Mokumeganeya Team for making our ring selection, ordering, and shipping process so smooth. We ordered all three rings from you and cannot be more than happy with our decision. The entire team patiently answered our questions and was very accommodating of our requests. The rings fit comfortably and look very nice, especially since they are matching. Please see attached for a photo of us wearing the rings at our recent civil ceremony.

We did have anxiety as we have never ordered a ring overseas nor paid a big amount for a purchase overseas but the team was amazing and handled everything professionally. Special thank you to Mutsumi who was outstanding.

We were first hesitant to order MOKUMEGANEYA's rings because the pandemic prevented us from seeing the rings and other jewelry in person.
 
Q2. What was the main reason for ordering your rings from MOKUMEGANEYA?
We wanted a ring that was both unique and personal, and this is the ideal combination. Furthermore, the Mokumeganya staff was approachable. We had a video call with them, and Don from US team was able to demonstrate to us their selections, which we all loved. Because my fiance and I were in a long-distance relationship, we responded to emails with varied time zones. Mutsumi from Japan team also took the time to respond to our questions. They are remarkably accommodating and patient with us.

Not necessarily anxiety about the rings themselves, but I was a little hesitant about the process. Before ordering,
I did not know anything about rings and I was intimidated because I live abroad. However,
the entire process was really quick and easy and
I wish I had ordered sooner. Mutsumi and her team were wonderful and
provided exceptional service. I highly recommend if you're thinking about MOKUMEGANEYA's rings.
