Not really, I read up on the testimonials and also had absolute faith that the quality and workmanship of the rings would be of an excellent outcome.

Not really. Just a bit since I was ordering something expensive from oversea. Everything else is really great.

No, we were certain about out choice. We got engaged in Japan (traveled here all the way from Holland) and the meaning of sharing ceremony won our hearts immediately.

Yes, I had some anxiety as the purchase was done overseas. Nevertheless, the anxiety quickly subsided as the staff ensured that all questions and worries are addressed promptly. The staff also went out of their way to ensure that I could collect the ring at last minute notice when I was in Japan.

Ql. Did you have any anxiety about MOKUMEGANEYA's rings before you chose our rings?

I was worried about if the pattern doesn’t look good with the ring when I was overseas. But as soon as I saw mokumegane ring in person, I’m happy with it.
 
There was also a lot of uncertainty between what was allowed because we will be in Japan vs if we were to buy the rings and get it shipped overseas, it was slowly solved, but could have been easier. There was a not a lot of confidence in understanding what we wanted.

The method of making and ring sharing ceremony was special for us, as it adds more depth and meaning in our wedding day
