This was our first ring shopping experience and so we were anxious and not sure what to expect. But after reaching out to Phi and meeting him at the showroom, all of it went away! Phi and Alfred made sure all our questions were answered and helped us find the perfect ring and budget. Manami helped follow up once the ring was ready to ship. Thank you all for your help! The ring is so beautiful and is such amazing quality.

My boyfriend and I were doing long distance relationship while he was living in Japan. When I finally went to visit him, it was Sakura season and I remember when we went to the park for Hanami. It was such a special and memorable time for us that we wanted to be reminded of it forever and so after researching, we knew we wanted a ring from Mokumeganeya for their tribute to the Sakura and the quality and uniqueness of their rings.

Not at all! It was our first time visiting the store and Mutsumi made the process all very inviting and comfortable.

The prompt I got from Vi was to find a ring that is both simple + unique. We went to many ring shops but nothing was really working for Vi until we got to Mokumeganeya! On my side, I really love the craftsmenship behind it.

I was worried about if the ordering process would be difficult considering I was ordering from over seas and in English. Additionally, I thought it may be difficult to order without my girlfriend finding out considering we both live and work together. Yes as I was unsure if ordering a ring online was safe and trustworthy. But the whole experience was wonderful and Shiho and Mutsumi guided us through all our questions and issues.

We fell in love with Japan when we first travelled there. We found the ring design very unique with the wood grain finish and sakura diamond. After looking online, we walked into a store and decided the rings were suitable for us.
