We were only a little worried about the price.

Q2. What was the main reason for ordering your rings from MOKUMEGANEYA?

A friend showed us the Sakura diamond on the website. It was very beautiful and unique. Once we were married, we decided that we would request a catalogue. We both love Japan and its culture.

Since the rings were very unique, we decided that we really wanted them to celebrate our marriage and to have something special to keep Japan in our memories and our hearts.

Only a little bit as with all expensive purchases online, it is hard to be sure you have made the right choice, and even more so for something as important as an engagement ring. However, the customer service I was shown was FUNTASTIC, and alleviated my concerns quickly.

We were super excited about collecting our rings in person, because we had to clear many obstacles to travel from Singapore to Japan!
