We like the shape and the unique way of looking for the ring. It has a very nice wooden look and the colors of the pattern looks nicer in-person.

The overall experience is very positive. The customer service is very good. They are very patient for any of our questions and we had an English translator the whole time. Communication for non-Japanese speakers is smooth and comfortable.

There’s some anxiety with ordering the ring given we could not see the final finish and the design until we pick it up. Also when we pick the color combination, it is hard to visualize which colors would go well together. However, we trusted the process and it turned out perfectly
